Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic divided
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan divided
  • 0.25 cup sundried tomatoes rinsed and drained if packed in oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella/provolone blend cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese
  • Ground black pepper for topping

Equipment

  • Pizza Pan

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. This step is crucial as it allows your pizza to bake evenly, ensuring a crispy crust. A hot oven also helps the cheese melt beautifully!
  2. Brush 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the middle of your prepared pizza crust, leaving about an inch around the edges for the crust. This not only adds flavor but also helps achieve that golden crispiness.
  3. Next, take 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and brush it over the olive oil. Then sprinkle half of the grated parmesan on top. The garlic will infuse the crust with incredible flavor as it bakes.
  4. Evenly distribute the sundried tomatoes across the pizza. Their concentrated flavor adds a delightful contrast to the creamy cheeses.
  5. Now, it's time to pile on the good stuff! Top the entire center of the crust with the shredded mozzarella/provolone blend cheese. Make sure it's evenly spread for optimal melting.
  6. Add the Roma tomatoes and feta cheese, spacing them out evenly. This will ensure that every bite contains these delicious flavors.
  7. Brush the outside circle of the crust with the remaining olive oil, garlic, and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and ground black pepper.
  8. Now, bake the pizza in your preheated oven for about 6 to 8 minutes or according to your crust’s instructions. Watch closely until the crust is browned and the cheese is fully melted.
  9. For an extra touch, broil the pizza for 3 to 4 minutes if you want the cheese to bubble and brown even more. This step is optional but highly recommended for that perfect finish.
  10. Once done, take your White Pizza out of the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. This will make it easier to cut without losing its toppings!

Notes

  • Leave some space around the edge: It helps with even cooking and presentation.
  • Broil for browning: A quick broil can make your cheese bubbly and golden.
  • Top it up: Feel free to add whatever other toppings you like, the sky’s the limit!
