Ingredients

  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Mango chunks
  • 4 ripe Strawberries optional
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 scoops Protein powder
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Hemp seeds or chia seeds

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the smoothie for flavor and texture. For colder, thicker smoothies, add 3 to 5 large ice cubes and blend until incorporated.
  3. You can add more orange juice (or milk of choice) for a thinner consistency.
  4. Pour smoothie into one large glass or two medium-sized glasses and enjoy!
  5. If you don’t finish the smoothie, store it in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours.
  6. Smoothies are best when consumed fresh, but saving a smoothie is acceptable for later use.

Notes

  • Lower Sugar: Use ½ cup of orange juice and ½ cup of milk such as oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk.
  • Flavor Variation: You can replace all of the orange juice with non-dairy milk, but note the tropical flavor won’t be as pronounced.
