Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Crescent Dough 8 oz
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray for pan
  • 1 cup Flour for dusting
  • 1 wheel Brie 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Plum Jam or raspberry, strawberry, or fig jam
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch the seams together. Cut into 24 squares.
  3. Place squares into muffin tin slots.
  4. Cut the brie into small pieces and place them inside the crescent dough.
  5. Top with half a teaspoon of jam and half a teaspoon of chopped pecans.
  6. Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
