Method
- Whisk together Italian dressing, lime juice, honey, chili powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Place boneless skinless chicken tenders in a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag, and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate chicken for 1 hour to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165ºF, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can use any cut of chicken: chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or chicken drumsticks.
- For stovetop cooking: cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
