- Place the 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons taco seasoning. Add the 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1 (14-ounce) can corn, 1 (14-ounce) can black beans, and 1 ½ - 2 cups salsa. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 ½ to 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Shred the chicken and serve over cooked rice. Top with desired toppings.
