Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place chicken pieces and all vegetables on a large rimmed sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Toss to thoroughly coat.
- Roast in preheated oven for 22 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle red chili flakes over the top, tossing to combine.
- Return to oven for another 5 to 8 minutes, until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
- Serve while hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
