Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 sweet peppers (red, yellow, green or orange), chopped
  • 8 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 1 crown broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken pieces and all vegetables on a large rimmed sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Toss to thoroughly coat.
  4. Roast in preheated oven for 22 minutes. Remove from oven.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle red chili flakes over the top, tossing to combine.
  6. Return to oven for another 5 to 8 minutes, until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
  7. Serve while hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
