- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried parsley, dried oregano, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the cracker mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and distribute the cubes of butter around the chicken.
- Bake for 35 to 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked to 165°F and the juices run clear.
- Serve immediately with fresh parsley for garnish.
