Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for 1 hour up to overnight.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or pan sear until done, approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
  3. Preheat broiler. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
  5. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over toppings.
  7. Place chicken under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
