Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.
  2. Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat and wait for it to become hot.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet, smooth side down. Cook for 6-7 minutes, undisturbed, until the underside is golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
