- Start by pre-heating your oven to 200ºC/400ºF. Make sure it's fully heated before you place the chicken fingers in to achieve that perfect crispiness.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a non-stick roasting tin and place it in the oven to heat up. This step ensures that the chicken fingers achieve a beautiful color as they bake.
- Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and season with ¼ teaspoon of the salt. Whisk them together until well combined.
