Method
- Season chicken with garlic and herb seasoning. Cut tenderloins into bite-size pieces.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Add garlic cloves and onion. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and orzo pasta. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 18 minutes, until the orzo is tender.
- Stir in parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
