  • 6 Corn Fresh ears of corn work best.

Method
 

  1. Place the trivet in the Instant Pot, and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.
  2. Stack the ears of the corn over the trivet, close the lid and seal the steam release knob.
  3. Set the Instant Pot on Manual Pressure on High for 2 minutes.
  4. When the cooking is finished, do a quick release and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Tip 1: For a 6-quart Instant Pot, 1 cup of water is sufficient.
  • Tip 2: If you’re using a larger 8-quart Instant Pot, you will need 1.5 to 2 cups of water.
