Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated Grand biscuits not the flaky layers
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Frying Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Grater

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure it’s fully preheated before you place your bread in to ensure even cooking.
  2. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside. This will prevent the bread from sticking and allow for an easy release.
  3. Cut the 2 cans of refrigerated Grand biscuits into quarters. This is the fun part! Toss them into a large mixing bowl, where they’ll come together with the other ingredients.
  4. Add the 3 cloves of minced garlic to the bowl. The smell will be heavenly, filling your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.
  5. Then, sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, and ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt. Mix these spices with the biscuits, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  6. Now it’s time to add the star ingredient: 1½ cups of grated parmesan cheese. This will give the bread a gorgeous flavor and cheesy texture.
  7. Melt ½ cup of butter in the microwave until it’s completely liquid, then pour it over the biscuit mixture. This will help the flavors meld together beautifully.
  8. Toss everything gently to coat the biscuits evenly with the butter and seasonings. You want to ensure that every piece has that delicious garlic and cheese flavor.
  9. Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly. This ensures that the bread bakes uniformly and looks beautiful when turned out.
  10. Bake in your preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on it towards the end so it doesn’t over-bake!
  11. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before carefully turning it out onto a dish. Enjoy it warm, perhaps with marinara sauce on the side for dipping!

Notes

  • Tip 1: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh for up to 3 days.
  • Tip 2: You can freeze the unbaked dough for up to 2 months. Just thaw it in the fridge overnight before baking.
  • Tip 3: Serve with a side of marinara sauce for a delicious dipping option that complements the flavors perfectly.
  • Tip 4: This recipe makes enough for 12 servings, but it’s so good that it might disappear quickly!
  • Tip 5: Don't hesitate to add herbs like rosemary or thyme to customize the flavor profile to your taste.
  • Tip 6: Fresh garlic adds a stronger flavor than garlic powder, enhancing the overall taste.
