  • ½ cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste or extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. Flour your surface and knead the dough a few times, then gently fold in the blackberries.
  7. Shape the dough into an 8-inch round and cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until light brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
