Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pounds spinach, frozen, thawed, and squeezed dry
  • 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated, Parmesan Reggiano preferred
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, optional

Method
 

  1. Squeeze the frozen and thawed spinach to remove as much water as possible.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach and Stone House Seasoning. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and cook, stirring frequently, until reduced by half.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and continue to cook until thick and creamy.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve or store in the refrigerator.
