Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pot and whisk until combined.
  3. Add chopped parsley, chives, thyme, and red pepper flakes to the butter mixture and continue whisking—season with salt and black pepper. Remove from the heat, and cool.
