Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 8 slices Brioche bread
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh berries
  • Whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a shallow dish.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a couple of pats of butter.
  4. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture.
  5. Let excess coating drop off.
  6. Transfer each slice onto the skillet and cook for one to two minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet, and serve topped with maple syrup, fresh berries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
