Ingredients

  • ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Fresh Apples

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the eggs, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and sea salt.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well.
