Ingredients
  

  • 4 six-ounce Salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Diced artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Finely chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream, diced artichoke hearts, butter, and lemon juice.
  6. Simmer until hot, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the salmon from the air fryer.
  8. Serve topped with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
