Notes

  • Tip 1: Store leftover butternut squash in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
  • Tip 2: Freeze portions in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months. Just reheat in the air fryer when you're ready to enjoy!
  • Tip 3: This dish pairs wonderfully with a variety of mains, such as grilled chicken or fish. It also works well in salads and grain bowls.
  • Tip 4: Try adding different spices or ingredients, such as cinnamon for a sweet twist or parmesan cheese to create a savory crust.
  • Tip 5: Consider serving the butternut squash with a drizzle of balsamic glaze or a sprinkle of feta for added flavor.
